In relation to other types of translation, is technical translation easier or more difficult?
A questão não é ser mais fácil ou mais difícil; a tradução técnica tem termos específicos em cada área, da medicina ao manual do ar-condicionado que você acabou de comprar. Não é difícil, e sim um pouco trabalhoso. Da mesma forma, traduzir uma música de Chico Buarque também é bastante trabalhoso.
It is not a matter of being easier or harder. Technical translation has specific terms for each area, ranging from medicine to the user's manual of the air-conditioner you just bought. It's not that hard, just a bit complex, like translating a song by Chico Buarque, for example.

1. By your answer you mean that there is no easy or difficult translation? Is that it? I totally disagree: I have found texts that are easier than others, and consequently texts that are more difficult to translate? Did I misunderstand your answer?
